UNIT4 technology chosen in a 1.4m deal with Save the Children


Save theChildren has awarded a 1.3m accounting IT deal toUNIT4.

The charity has purchased finance, project costing, billing and procurementtechnology that will be used across its 29 national organisations.

It should reduce administration costs, improve budgeting, prepare theorganisation for ongoing regulatory change, and enable the charity todemonstrate to its donors where money has been spent.

The charity currently has dozens of localised accounting systems.
