The Cashflow was horrible! I was expecting a balance sheet and that really threw me. I answered 2 and 4 aswell, though cant say i'd practised any questions like them so god knows what i'll score!! I wanted deferred tax!!

I can't even begin to say how bad I felt walking out that exam centre. I thought it was really unfair that the examiner put in a 10 mark question relating to the CFS. If (like me) you did not do the greatest CFS it was really hard to pull out the details for the 10 marks.

I have well and tuly FAILED and I'm blinkin gutted as I spent 3 months revising for the stupid thing.

Thought Q2 and Q4 were OK, but thats not enough to secure me my 50% pass.

How many marks do you think you'd get if you just wrote out the CFS pro forma, done a few T Accounts and attempted a reconciliation of OP to NCF from Oprating Activities???

Baaaaaahhhhhhhh!!!

I think you could get half marks for having a good go (17.5/35). Mine nowhere near came to what it should've been. Thats what im hoping for anyway! i was the same, so gutted and pee'd off. been revising for months aswell.

I agree a really difiicult paper.

I panicked in the cash flow it was so different from anything I practiced. Most of my adjustments were to the operating loss and ended up with a positive cash flow from operating activities and somehow managed to end up with a decrease in cash of 11m! Do you get marks in part b if you are making comments on an incorrect cash flow but your reasoning is correct?

I also attempted question 2 and 4 although not sure if I got all the relevant points across.

Have to wait and see.
