i need some help for the Research & Analysis project.

i have got the BPP tutorial book for the RAP. but i can't find what will be the Research Questions for my project. My RAP topic is topic 6: key factors/ indocators in the motivation of employees in an organisation.

I submitted the same topic last year but failed in two elements:
1. Information Analysis, Evaluation & Conclusion
2. Referencing

Now i am working on resubmission this time. I thought i had got it all right but i guess my analysis got a bit descriptive in trying to explore the events underpinning the changes in ratios. Can anyone suggest on how i can improve on these aspects in my resubmission?

I am doing this same subject as RAP. Actually I am now starting. I get the first impression that there will not be many financial ratios, therefore no accounting techniques. What are the business techniques that apply? Is the guide efficient?
