POB member appointed to non-executive role


A former auditor and accounting regulator has joined the board of FTSE 100finance company Old Mutual.

The company today announced the appointment of Roger Marshall, former auditpartner with PricewaterhouseCoopers and member of the Accounting StandardsBoard, as a non executive director.

Marshall, 61, is currently a member of the Public Oversight Board and willreplace Richard Pym, who retires from the board this month.
