Default F4 (Irl)

Had my F4 exam today, thought it was ridiculous. Not at all what i was expecting. No agency, no corp governance, no exclusion clauses, no ultra vires, no company meetings, no interpreatation or delegated leg, no tort negligence/duty of care, no shares, no partnership, no directeors duties , no nothing! anyone else find it hard?

I thought it was pretty easy. Was very suprised there was no tort/negligence, however the areas you mention are either very small in relation to the whole topic area (exclusion clauses in contract, directors duties) or the are topics which are not examined often (corporate governance, partnership, company meeting). It was all about doing the previous past questions and remembering the answers. There are only so many questions that can be asked in the exam.

Can anyone tell me how your exam content compared to any tips provided?

I'm sitting P2 (int) next week.

Thanks

I sat next to a bloke who desperately needs a wash. I found it pretty hard to concentrate with the stink. I can't believe people can be so oblivious to others.

I think I passed though, so no harm done (except to my nostrils).
