I think i did mention the shareholder - i forgot that they werent a listed company. ( dammit) . but i mentioned the government from the taxation point of view. also i added regulated body coz they are having more provision than the they should have. dont know if its correct.

I mentioned the the law authorities ie. the police as this was a fraudulent activity as they intentially mistated the FS in order to gain from it. i also mentioned the government and the shareholders!!!!

I think shareholders shouldn't be included because they are not a listed company...

my 2nd attempt for f8..dis sitting realli harder than previous.. especially Q1.. too detailed Q being asked.. still the same prob..nt efficient time management. cant finish all the Q on time.. bt pray hard to pass..

Question 1 you can never tell whether you have done enough work to pass, I was able to answer the questions in the exams but dont know if I done it correctly.
