F7 Variant/Stream

Hi
I have already entered for the December sitting. Instead of opting for F7 INT, I have opted for the UK one by mistake. -.-''

Can anyone please tell me the difference between these two?

And whether it will affect my sitting for P2 if I do chose the INT one?
Grateful if you could please help me
