S---Simultaneity - cannot be inspected in advance for quality
H---Heterogenity - service received will vary each time
I---Intangibility - it is intangiable in itself
P---Perishability - cannot be stored, you cannot buy service in bulk/advance
No--No transfer of ownership - does not become the property of the owner
