Decision Making part - Practical sumes ???

hi guys
i m not sure about the decision making (Part B in BPP text). The theory part is fine i thinK but other than linear programming area and risk & uncertainity aspect I am confused with what to focus on more, i mean i cannot think of any questions to answer in this part except theory, BPP revision kit has well prepared questions but i am not confident if they are relevant, its all like adding up stories in Part B
can anyone help to what exactly to be considered as to real intellectual question ?
Hardly a month to exam hope to recieve some good replies
