I liked this exam, although I was expecting a variance problem, I manage to solve all 4 questions and in my opinion I should have no problem in passing it. I was lucky because I reviewed some similar questions just few days before the exam.

Hope everyone did ok.

I think it's not too difficult. All exam don need us to give much comment. However, I can't finish all requirement in each question, such as..In Q3- others the Three methods beside Maximax, Minimax, Minimum Regret. Q4-Incremental Budgheting...

3 hours is very fast.

Anyway, I hope I can pass.

First of all,

i would like to applogise for the comment i give...

I feel the question is much more easier than last sem...
The 1st sem, that "tsunami" for me when i practise the question.

Last sem was full with evaluate performance. I didnt have enough time for the paper when i practise in 3 hours...

yet, this sem was easier (in time management although i didnt able to finish it). Just feel past 2 sem is more hard for me.
Honestly I was shock that ROI is coming out instead of ROCE.
Then I realised because ratio was came out in F7, hence the examiner choose ROI instead of ROCE.

I am abit happy when the relevant costing came out in few marks only compare with last sem since this sem not super hard.

For the risk & uncertainty, i was was lots of time in calculating maximin & maximax. I was abit confused on it.

Other question i didnt do well enough hence i didnt remember what is the question.
For the 5 factors, i give a general answer. One of it is, do the builder reliable / trustable in payment since have never dealt before.

Hopefully the percentage of passing rate will increase this sem.

And not a "winner" in the lowest passing rate as per last sitting

Yah, I hope so. The passing rate would be higher than 30%, where as last sm was only 28%.

Good Luck:-)
