Just wanted to share some tips from my F4 lecturer

English legal system - precedent, statute law

Contract law - Law of obligation, consideration, remedies, exemption clause

Company law - difference between business organisations, veil of incorporation, articles of association, directors (duties & authority)

Employment law - employee and self employed, unfair dismissal and redundancy

Professional negligence - Tort of negligence

Criminal law - wrongful and fraudulent trading
