I am new here...and a self-study student..1.Can somebody help me for the tips of F4-Malaysia Variant? 2.Is it important to quote the year for law case when answer question? (example : Yeoman Credit Ltd. V Gregory 1963)?

i am studying malaysa variant so i can tell.in this variant,it's not tat strict,as far as i know so u hit the straight point.for case laws,keep in mind that in additions to landmark cases,in every topic u need to know two cases at least:eg for ultra vires.

it's somewhat similar to english as we do use some common law rules

i do not think there will be any tips for MYS variant F4 dec 2008. Its only int variant tips available. =(. important is the landmark cases, salomon vs salomon , turquands rule , greenhalgh, the date is not important, spelling is minimal. focus more on common law rule and some harsh rules that Malaysia has provision to rescue them.
