Default F4 Irl - how to prepare the best for the exam in Dec 08

Hi there,

Could someone give me some great ideas how or which topics prepare for the exam in F4 (Irl) in December 08?
I would highly appreciate your advices:-)

HI,

I am studying for this too. I really would love to get as much advice as possible. At the moment I am going through the BPP Practise and Revision Kit and all the questions, hoping this is enough.

hi anna,
this is asad if you wan a good score then revise all areas but core topics are:
Legal System
Company law
Contract ( breach, terms and tort)
Compant ( Incorporation, Articles, Fraudulent Chapter 23, Memers, Resolutions, Meetings, Direcor's powers and dissoluton, CDDA)

one thing i notice about most past year questions , they always have question on directors duties , turquands rule , incorporation and etc.
