Hey sonu
I am also sitting that paper on tuesday. I have covered as much as i can but i have not covered everything. Its impossible to get tips for this paper by the sounds of it.
I have covered employee vs self employed, redundancy unfair dismissal.
Consideration, promissory estoppel, offers.
On the company law side, I have done q's relating to fraudulent trading, insider dealing, partnerships and agency law.
