For me the paper is quite difficult at all and I don't have good feeling from that exam.
I have a question according to F4 Global:
Have you noticed in the Question 8 (concerning the breach of the contract by the buyer) that there was a date 31 June?
Was it a mistake by the examinator?

Hi all,

Even though I did not do that good in the exam, I still think it was easy. Most questions were predictable from either examinator's comments (insider dealing), past exams (directors, and arbitration) or from the tips posted here.

The application questions were pretty ok, and not too complicated. Honestly, I did not notice the "31st of June", but I am not too worried about it.

However, I am a little bit confused about the "company name adjudicators"...I did not hear about them until now, and I checked my book (Kaplan) and they say nothing about it. Maybe I missed it.

Anyway, I hope you all did i not really good, at least enough to pass. This is what i am hoping for me.

i thought it was terrible, the irish variant anyway
No interpretation or delegated for questions 1. no corporate governance, no company meetings, no exclusion clause, no ultra vires, no agency, no partnerhsip, no directors, no shares,no professional negligence/duty of care etc etc!!

Are you sure that you received the right question paper cause one does expects to see all these topics in the Law paper

Completely agree about the irish paper. I was shocked with 3 questions on contract. Nothing on tort or Corporate Governance. Despite appearing easy I think it went pretty awful for me!

I sat f4 in Brighton and the mood of people afterwards was low. There was nothing about delegated legislation and very little on contract. Nothing on partnerships either. I did find the scenario questions easier to interpret but the first 7 questions seemed harder compared to previous papers.
