Examiners Insight to F4 for June 2009 - David Kelly
At the ACCA teacher’s conference, David Kelly gave a presentation which discussed students’ performance in F4, Corporate and Business Law, and provided insights into how performance in this paper can be improved. His comments were mainly directed at those students taking the English law variant of the paper, but would be useful for candidates taking F4 in any jurisdiction.
