Default Belbin's Theory

Hi, everyone,
I found out that in different books there are different terms given. For example when discussing Belbin's theory they give us several different names of the same roles. I wonder if I use only one text-book, will I have any difficulties while answering the exam test?

Hi everyone,

Belbin’s team roles theory is one of the topics covered in the F1 - Accountant in Business syllabus. The theory identifies nine different types of “team roles” individuals can play when they are a part of a group.

These roles are Shaper, Implementer, Completer Finisher, Coordinator, Teamworker, Resource Investigator, Plant, Monitor Evaluator and Specialist.

An easy way to remember all nine of these roles is to use the mnemonic:

CC - MRS - TIPS
