Accouring to Kaplan FTC following are the topics that are expected to appear in F4 Corporate and Business Law for December 2008 attempt.

Your safest bet is to achieve good syllabus coverage in your revision, as the examiner aims to do in the exam.The areas that we would expect to see most regularly in the exam are:
English legal system – delegated legislation/interpretation of statutes.
Obligations – formation and terms of a contract. Duty of care in tort or professional negligence.
Employment – dismissal.
