Clear Your Desk of Everything You Don’t Need

Have everything you need on the desk. Put away what you do not need for the study session. Seeing reminders of other assessments or domestic bills may increase your anxiety and distract you.



I should really put away my laptop from the table. it distracted me alot.

WOW i should start following this techniques!
just to add on drink alot of soya milk when nearing exam would help to increase brain power.. all the best!
