You may run into difficulties later on in your studies if you depend on memory alone. You must be able to spot a problem and able to apply a correct solution based on the theories you have learned.

This is truly the secret to ACCA exams (that many students do not realise until after the fact).

The exams are not testing route memory, they are teaching ability to recognise issues and apply knowledge.

There is a big difference between the two!

This is why doing as many practise questions (and past exams) is key to success.
