how do u know that mate....analysised the past papers? or from ur tutor?

basiclly that's a good new for me definitely `casue i am the man who have poor preparation for exam... but on another side that it is just like "chip in of gambling"

this is only my analysis for t5 based on last appearances and i realized the examiner seem to have a pattern as in one chapter where all the december papers were tested on, and other chapter with all the june papers...

i may be all wrong...

question one -

general system and clerical procedures

question 2
management info and reporting system
fraud

question 3
individual and group behaviour
motivation

question 4
effective training and dev
appraisal

seriously, this paper really need lots of luck in hoping to remember what i studied
