I have done t5 and t6, and i will have the t9 exam on tuesday.
This is the second time am having t5 exam. First time when i started CAT. I dont know if it was the fact that i studied a lo more than the previous time, but it seemed to be easier. Fayol's was the last thing i was waitting to 'enter' the exams, because its a really 'common' theory (defining common as; t5 last exams were really difficult to identify and know the theories). It was a pleasent surprise. Internal VS External audit was also a good question to achieve points for those who are in the profession. Conflicts it was not a 'bad' question, i found it easy because i studied it, but i guess for people that werent noticing any /details' it was difficult.
About t6, I think that everyone was waitting a more 'calculation' approach, as the last question was dedicated to the theory part. In addition to that, from what i heard in the general discussions at the end of the examination, students were more ready for a consolidation or cash flow statement. I think that everyone would have scored better marks, if a consolidation or cash flow statement were replacing the partnership question or the theory question.
Overall, i think t5 was more easier than t6 and this is not an objective opinion as for both of the papers I studied the same thing (past papers, revision kit, reading text).
You will have my opinion for t9, after tuesday.
