guess i am not the only one puzzled by that relevant cost question... the story talked about competitor pricing the school, but the question asked what should the school priced the competitor... is that the question?

You mean Fenistar (sp?) school using the employed students' school fees to offset the competitor's price? If I am not wrong, the overheads etc are the same as Fenistar school. Argh I spent half an hour on this part of question one. -_-

i also unable to do this question, i jus calculate the profit 4 fenster, if it wan to transfer from it building to its competitors buiding, how much profit it can earn, then it must be the max rental fee that he can pay, bcos he cannot pay more then he earn, it will be deficit to it college

I couldn't figure out question 1, part b either. Fingers crossed there was a mistake we all get the 10 marks!

Maybe we all should give feedback about that question on the accaglobal website. So the examiner will realise that the question is not clear.

right after the exams i wrote to British Council. let's see if they can forward this to ACCA..
