Hi abezverkhiy,
I can feel the pain when one fails by one number. I would suggest you to make summaries for the answers of the December 2008 F8 paper and compare it with the Examiner answers. Just to check that you were giving really giving the answer to the question asked instead of the one you hoped you were asked.
I think think is is the main cause of failure of students who have completed 100% paper.
But if you answers and examinar answers are on the same track than i would say that you may go ahead . But please remember that finishing before the 3 hours is also comes under the category of time mismanagment cause if you have allocated the time rightly you should be left with none at the end of the paper.
For Information regarding Administrative review check this post

and i would like to mention that ACCA is now giving this added service from this attempt for the same amount of money.

As part of this service you will receive information on whether or not you reached the pass standard in each question attempted. This will take the form of P (Pass) or F (Fail) - actual marks will not be disclosed. This change to the service is in response to requests from students and tuition providers. It will provide an indication as to where a good understanding of a topic area has been demonstrated, and should assist with revision in cases where students have failed an examination. No additional fee is being charged.
